Individuals who perform acts of real estate services in Nebraska must be licensed by the Real Estate Commission. A salesperson license gives you the ability to work in the office of a real estate broker as an employee or independent contractor. For the purposes of the License Professor, a salesperson is similar to sales agents in other states.
