REAL ESTATE CONTINUING EDUCATION CRITERIA

Buyer and Seller Relationships - 8 hours
Risk Management - 8 hours
Selling and Closing Transactions - 8 hours
Electives -21 hours
TOTAL 45 HOURS

These courses are required for every three-year renewal period.

Salesman Course I -30 hours Broker Course I -30 hours
Salesman Course II -24 hours Broker Course II -24 hours
