Q. Does the License Professor offer accreditation or
certification?
A. No. The License Professor works in conjunction with
your education and training to best prepare you to ace your real
estate exam.
Q. What is the difference between a Sales
Agent License and a Brokers
License?
A. A Sales
Agent License allows you to perform all the functions
of a real estate professional while working under the sponsorship
and direction of a broker. A Brokers
License allows you to work independently, representing
others as well as yourself. It will also allow you to sponsor other
licensees and act as manager or owner of a real estate firm.
Q.Will
The License Professor continue to take payment from
my credit card after my subscription has expired?
A. No. The License Professor only credits the initial purchase.
Extra time purchased beyond the subscription can only be made by
you.
Q. Do I need to install any software on my computer to use the
License Professor?
A. No. You will never have to install any software on your computer
to use the License Professor. All you need is an Internet
Browser. This will allow you to use the License Professor
on any computer that has a connection to the Internet.
Q. Does the License Professor just cover state specific
questions or does it cover both state and national?
A. The License Professor consists of over 2,500 state specific
and national questions combined. When our database of questions
was created, we took into consideration that both state specific
and national questions would be required to give our members their
best chances for success.
Q. If my access time to the License Professor runs
out, can I extend my subscription?
A. If your subscription runs out, you
only need to pay for the new amount of time that you desire.
Q. What happens if I start an exam and have to stop mid way through?
A. The License Professor is smart. (He is a Professor remember)
He was designed to allow you to study when it is most convenient
for you. Whenever you begin any set of questions, be it an exam
or a random grouping, the License Professor remembers
where you are. If you leave a test prematurely, you can return in
the future simply by clicking on the "View and Finish Uncompleted
Exams" link on your home page.
Q. How long does it take for my account to be activated after I
make a purchase?
A. Activation occurs the second that a purchase is completed.
Q. What Internet browsers was the License Professor
designed to work with?
A. The License Professor will work with all current Internet
browsers. This includes Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The License Professor works best with Internet browsers
that were released within the past two years such as Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5 or greater as well as Netscape 6 or greater.
Q. What operating system was the License Professor
designed to work with?
A. The License Professor will work with all current
operating systems that support Internet browsers. This includes
windows, macintosh, linux and various flavours of unix.
Q. Do I need Cookies enabled on my browser for the
License Professor to work?
A. Yes. Cookies allow the License Professor to distinguish
you from others as your work on your studies. For instructions on

Q. The study guide doesn't open for me when I click on the test
taking buttons and links, what can I do to fix this?
A.The
License Professor relies on pop ups to function properly.
If you click on a link to either an exam or quiz and a pop up window
does not appear, you may be blocking pop ups. This function is built
into such software as the Google search bar, Norton Utilities, and
many other utility suites. You must allow pop ups to occur for the
question windows to function properly.
